Network Pass-Thru Port in Dorm Not Working

Issue/Question

The far-left wired network port on the Cisco device in my dorm room isn't working

I plugged into the far-left network port in my dorm room, but it's not working

The Ethernet port under the QR Code on my Cisco device doesn't work

The Pass-Thru port on my dorm room's Cisco device isn't working

Environment

Cause

The Pass-Thru port on the Cisco Network devices in the dorm rooms do not work

Resolution

1.  Plug the network cable into one of the ports labelled LAN1, LAN2, or LAN3
