Managing Do Not Disturb Status for VoIP Phone

Issue/Question

My phone in my office is set to Do Not Disturb and I cannot get it to ring when a call comes in.

How do I set my VoIP phone to Do Not Disturb?
 

Environment

  • Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Phone

Resolution

  1. Login the Cisco Jabber and set status to Available or Do Not Disturb as needed
  2. Alternatively, login to https://voip.usd.edu/ucmuser/ using your USD username and password
    1. Select IM & Availability tab
    2. Check or Uncheck  Do Not Disturb as needed
    3. Click Save
