Issue/Question
My phone in my office is set to Do Not Disturb and I cannot get it to ring when a call comes in.
How do I set my VoIP phone to Do Not Disturb?
Environment
- Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Phone
Resolution
- Login the Cisco Jabber and set status to Available or Do Not Disturb as needed
- Alternatively, login to https://voip.usd.edu/ucmuser/ using your USD username and password
- Select IM & Availability tab
- Check or Uncheck Do Not Disturb as needed
- Click Save
