Updates In Digital Measures Are Not Showing On Public Website

Issue/Question

Faculty or staff information or image updated in Digital Measures, but the new information or image is not updating on the public website

Resolution

  1. There are processes that run daily to update the images and information from Digital Measures onto our public website. The process can take up to 48 hours. If you made the change within the last 48 hours, please wait and check again
  2. If the change was made more than 48 hours ago, please contact the Service Desk

ITS STAFF ONLY

  1. Service Desk - Issues related to the Digital Measures data import into the public website should be sent to the Development Team for investigation
  2. The email within Digital Measures needs to match their email listed in LDap to ensure processing works as intended
