I can’t log in to library databases?

Environment

Resolution

If you:

  1. Have USD account
    1. Use USD email address and password : example username: Tom.Brokaw@usd.edu
      1. If you are having problems,  Try resetting your password. 
      2. Still having issues contact the Service Desk        
  2. Are a member of SDSU College of Nursing or Pharmacy & Allied Health Professions
    1. Faculty:
      1. Enter your SDSU email/network login
    2. Student:
      1. Use your Jacks email address and password
    3. Having Problems: contact the SDSU Computer Support Desk
  3. Are a Wegner Partner, including SDSU Pharmacy preceptors
    1. Use the account name and password provided by the Wegner Library
    2. Having Problems: Contact Wegner Library
