I can’t log in to library databases?

Environment

• University Library
• A-Z Databases
• Wegner Health Sciences Library

Resolution

If you:

1. Have USD account
   1. Faculty/Staff:
      1. Enter your full USD email address and password. Example username: firstname.lastname@usd.edu
   2. Student:
      1.  Enter your full USD email address and password. Example username:  firstname.lastname@coyotes.usd.edu
   3. If you are having problems logging in,  try resetting your password 
   4. If you are still having issues, contact the Service Desk        
2. Are a member of SDSU College of Nursing or Pharmacy & Allied Health Professions
   1. Faculty:
      1. Enter your full SDSU email address and password.  Example username: firstname.lastname@sdstate.edu
   2. Student:
      1. Enter your full SDSU email address and password. Example username: firstname.lastname@jacks.sdstate.edu
   3. Having Problems: contact the SDSU Computer Support Desk
3. Are a Wegner Partner, including SDSU Pharmacy preceptors
   1. Use the account name and password provided by the Wegner Library
      1. Username example: firstname.lastname@wegnerlibrary.org
   2. Having Problems: Contact Wegner Library
