Adding Clinical Faculty to Dental Hygiene

How do I add clinical faculty to the dental hygiene application

Environment

• Student Tracking
• Dental Hygiene

Cause

New hires who will use the student tracking dental hygiene application

Resolution

Note: Only Dental Hygiene Admins (Department Heads) can perform these steps. 

1. Log In to Student Tracking
2. Hover over Dental Hygiene Admin
3. Click Manage Clinical Faculty
4. Click Add New Faculty
5. Fill out the Name field
6. Fill out the User ID field
   Note: This is their USD Username
7. Click Save
