Creating a Template of Templates in DocuSign

Issue/Question

I need a template of templates created in DocuSign for electronic signature

Environment

  • DocuSign

Resolution

  1. Log into the DocuSign TEST Environment 
    1. Enter your USD email address
    2. Select the blue Use Company log in button
  2. Select your first Template in chronological order
    Note: Templates to be grouped should be created prior to creating a template of templates
  3. Click Use
  4. Within the Select Templates dialog box select and add the templates needed
  5. Click Add Selected
  6. Then drag and drop the templates in the order needed
    1. Templates need to have the same Role Name, Role Action and Routing Order for the signer or signers across all templates

  7. To finish your template, click ACTIONS -> SAVE AND CLOSE
  8. ​The rename your template you will need to modify/rename after creation from the My Templates section
  9. Your template is saved and ready to use
