Converting Qualtrics Data to SPSS

Issue/Question

I need to convert Qualtrics Data to SPSS

Environment

• Qualtrics
• SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) from IBM

Cause

Data is in Qualtrics format

Resolution

1. On the Data & Analysis tab, click Export/Import > Export Data
2. In the next dialogue box and select SPSS
3. Click More Options at the bottom
4. Recode seen but unanswered questions as -99.
5. Click the blue -99 and change it to 0 (zero)
6. Click Download button at the bottom
