Changing Outlook View Settings

Issue/Question

How can I display the icons to indicate that I have forwarded or replied to a message in Outlook 365?

Environment

• Windows
• Outlook 365

Cause

Message format is different on a new computer

Resolution

1. Open Outlook 365
2. Click View
3. Click View Settings
4. Click Columns...
5. Click Icon in the left pane
6. Click Add-->
   Note: Other columns may also be added or removed here
7. Click OK
