Environment

• Voice Over IP phones

Resolution

1. Dial your desk phone number
2. When greeting starts, press the * key
3. Enter your 7 digit desk phone number and press #
4. Enter your PIN and press #
5. Press 4
6. Press 1
7. Follow prompts
