Viewing Shared Envelopes in DocuSign

How can I see my shared envelopes in DocuSign?

Resolution

 Note:  USD has SSO (single sign on) implemented for DocuSign.  Shared mailboxes, such as HR@usd.edu can now be used in DocuSign by sharing envelopes.  With shared envelopes, users on the same account can view and take action on shared envelopes. Team members and delegates can help each other with management tasks, such as sending reminders or correcting recipient information. The shared access to these shared mailboxes will be assigned to the appropriate users of the shared email address.

To view your shared envelopes:

  1. Log into DocuSign
  2. Click Manage
  3. On left side, click Shared Envelopes
  4. If you have access to others' envelopes, the Shared Envelopes window opens, listing all the user names of the people whose envelopes are shared with you
  5. Select a user and click Select
  6. You will now see the Inbox view showing all received documents that have been shared

Note:  When viewing shared envelopes, you remain in the shared user's view as you navigate around the application​​​

To return to your own envelopes:

  1. Click Return to my Envelopes link in the banner at the top of the page
     

To add a user to Shared Envelopes:

  1. If a user needs to be added to your Shared Envelopes, you will need to contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Your name and email address
    2. Name and email of user to be shared
