Folders not syncing properly

Environment

• macOS
• OneDrive

Cause

Possible incorrect files names or OS version not minimum version required for OneDrive.

Resolution

1. Check that tie iOS version is iOS 13 or above. If not, upgrade to higher version, if possible, and try syncing again
2. If required version is installed check and correct file names with issues
3. Create a new folder
4. Move files into new folder
5. Try syncing again
