How do I access Qualtrics?

I'm requesting a Qualtrics license.

How do  create a Qualtrics account

Resolution

If Qualtrics account has never been created

  1. Go to USD Portal
  2. Login using USD Credentials
  3. Click the QT red box that has Qualtrics under it
    Note:  This will automatically create your Qualtrics account and take you into Qualtrics or take you straight into Qualtrics if account already exists

If account already exists go to USD Portal above or do the following

  1. Go to https://southdakota.qualtrics.com and log in with your USD credentials.
    Note: Try using a different browser if experiencing issues with Internet Explorer or Edge
