Zoom isn't working to teach my course, what else can I use?
Environment
Webex
Resolution
Sign in to
usd.webex.
com
using your USD credentials
Click
Schedule
In
Meeting Topic,
type the name of the course as you would like it to appear to students
In
Meeting Password,
type a password for students to access the Webex conference
In
Date and time,
specify the date and time you want to meet
Click
Recurrence
to schedule how often you would like this class to meet
In Attendees, paste the email addresses of the students in the course, with all addresses separated by a comma

if you need help getting a list of email addresses
To automatically record the sessions, click
Show advanced options
Click
Scheduling Options
Click the checkbox next to
Automatic recording
Click
Schedule
button to schedule the meeting and send out email notifications to all invitees
To Access a Recording
Log in to usd.webex.com
Click the
Recordings
button on the left
Recordings will be listed and are sorted by date by default
