Downloading Adobe Creative Cloud

Issue/Question

I need access to Adobe Creative Cloud software.

Environment

  • Adobe Creative Cloud

Cause

Need to access assigned Adobe Creative Cloud license 

Resolution

  1. Navigate to https://creativecloud.adobe.com
  2. Enter your full USD email address in the field
  3. Click Continue
  4. If you purchased your license on your own
    1. Select Personal Account
    2. Sign in with the credentials you made
  5. If your license was purchased through USD
    1. Select Company or School Account
    2. When redirected to the USD login page, enter your USD Credentials
  6. From the Creative Cloud website, browse for and download your licensed applications
    Note: Click Apps on the top of the page to view all apps. For more information on how to download or install apps, see Adobe's instructions at Download and Install Creative Cloud apps
