New form that needs to be created as a template for HR new hire documents

Document update for new hire paperwork

HR requests new document update for new hire.

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Name of document to be updated
    2. Attach copy of new document to be used in template
    3. If possible, name of DocuSign templates to update
