myUSD Portal reloads to the sign in page after entering credentials

Environment

Resolution

  1. Try in a different Internet Browser
    1. Internet Explorer
    2. Mozilla Firefox
    3. Google Chrome
    4. Safari
    5. Microsoft Edge
  2. Force Reset, Clear Cache and Cookies
  3. If you were able to see the portal's welcome page and click the login button
    1. Were you redirected back to the welcome page after login? 
      1. Please contact the Service Desk to troubleshoot your login issue
    2. Were you taken to a white page with Message Ticket 'ST-155267-vgdAQGudxKGNPrRCPqme-usd-cas3.usd.edu' not recognized
      1. You used a bookmark to access the portal, please update it to https://my.usd.edu/​​​​​​​​​​
