Unable to Log Into Banner

Issue/Question

I am unable to log into Banner. After entering my username and password, the page keeps flashing at me.
Error: You are now redirected back to https://appnav.sdbor.edu:443/applicationNavigator/saml/SSO/alias/appnav-prod-sp If the redirection fails, please click the post button.

Environment

  • Banner
  • ADFS

Cause

Expired Oracle ID

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Name
    2. User ID
