Purging Deleted Items in Outlook

How can I completely remove a deleted email from Outlook?

Resolution

Note: Items removed from Deleted Items folder are recoverable for 30 days

1. Open Outlook
2. Click Deleted Items in your email folder list
3. Select Recover Deleted Items From Server on the Home menu
   Note: If using the Simplified Ribbon, click Recover items recently removed from this folder at the top of the messages list
4. Select the item(s) to purge
5. Select Purge Selected Items
6. Click OK
