I'll be applying for some funds through the Health Affairs Medical Informatics Committee (HAMIC) and I am supposed to contact IT

1.  Please request an IT Letter of Support and provide the following information and attachments  
   1. A copy of the Technology Fund Application
   2. Any associated product information
   3. Any associated quotes
