Receiving Lua Error Script Message in ILLiad Docline

Issue/Question

I am receiving an error message on my computer for ILLiad Docline. I am unable to receiving requests in ILLiad

Error: Lua Script Error. An error occurred while attempting to execute a Lua script.

Environment

  • ILLiad
  • DOCLINE

Cause

LUA scripts have become corrupted

Resolution

ITS STAFF ONLY

  1. Go to the Illiad Downloads web page - ILLiad Downloads
  2. In the ILLiad DOCLINE LUA Scripts section click Download and save the file
  3. Open the saved file folder location
  4. Right-click the file
  5. Extract All
  6. For the Files will be extracted to this folder: field click Browse
  7. Browse to c:\program files (x86)\ILLiad\Docline and click Select Folder
  8. Extract
  9. Copy and replace all files
  10. Have customer open ILLiad and test DOCLINE
