The top screen in UMS 202F does not appear to be fully turning off

TV displays slightly blue glow

Resolution

  1. Turn off VideoConference from Touch Panel
  2. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Building and room number
    2. Detailed information about the issue
