Connecting a Bluetooth Keyboard

iPad will not recognize keyboard

Environment

  • iOS

Resolution

  1. Charge the keyboard
  2. Turn the keyboard on
  3. Tap on Settings on the iOS device.
  4. Tap on Bluetooth.
  5. Press the Connect or Pair button on the keyboard.
  6. On the iOS device, tap on the entry for the keyboard.
  7. Follow onscreen prompts to pair the device.
