Resolution

  1. Verify that the TV display is plugged in
  2. If the outlet is accessible, try plugging in a working device to confirm there is power
  3. If there is power and the TV will not power on, please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Building name
    2. Room number
    3. A detailed description of the issue
