Removing User Profiles in Windows

Issue/Question

How do I remove my passwords and clean the computer I use instead of reimaging it?

My computer has storage being taken up by the previous user, is it possible to have someone delete this from the computer?

  • Microsoft Windows

Cause

Leaving employment and does not want the computer reimaged

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. NIxxxxx asset tag number of computer
