ISO Number Not Updating When Printing ID in Instant ID

Issue/Question

Old card doesn't deactivate

"invalid card" error message when we try swiping on register to check her balance

New number not populating in Transact entry for customer

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Card Type
    2. Name and Banner ID of user of the ID you are trying to print
    3. Steps attempted
