ISO Number Not Updating When Printing ID in Instant ID

ID's are not being deactivated when a new one is printed and the ISO number is not updating.

Old card doesn't deactivate

"invalid card" error message when we try swiping on register to check her balance

New number not populating in Transact entry for customer

    2. Name and Banner ID of user of the ID you are trying to print
