Unable to Track the order from Book store

Environment

Resolution

  1. Log into Online Bookstore with your University credentials
  2. Click Help
  3. Below Account, Click View My History
    Note: Order status will be shown
  4. Copy the order number
  5. Click Track tab at the top of the screen
  6. Type your order ID and the email address you used when checking out
    Note: You may enter your Order ID along with the full name and 5-digit zip code that you entered as your ship-to address
  7. Click Track Order
