Unable to Open File Explorer

Issue/Question

When I click into file explorer it says not responding and I cannot access my files or folders.

My laptop will not open up file explorer.  I rebooted and file explorer is not responding.

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Computer NI number
   2. Building 
   3. Room Number
   4. Error message received
