Understand how much USD Print Fund printing quota each student receives
Resolution
Note: USD Print Fund quota is provided to Students only. Faculty, staff, and affiliates do not receive these funds, they would use a department accounts/index or Coyote Cash to print
Note: UPrint requires Coyote Cash and does not use USD Print Fund Balance
- Each student receives $24 in USD Print Fund printing quota for a regular Fall/Spring academic year
Note: If only taking one semester, such as Spring or Summer only, each student receives $12 in USD Print Fund printing quota
- $24 of USD Print Fund printing quota covers 400 black and white pages
- Printing in the computer labs costs $0.06 per page for black and white printing or copying and $0.34 per page for color for standard 8.5 x 11 paper
