Issue/Question

I am an Emeritus and my Office 365 subscription is not working

Error: This account doesn't have Office yet

I am a Temp Employee and need an Office 365 license

Environment

Resolution

A Microsoft Office 365 License is automatically assigned based on the user's primary affiliation with USD.

  1. Full Office 365 License (A3/A5 license) 
    • Student
    • Staff
    • Faculty/Adjunct Faculty
  2. Cloud Free Office 365 License (A1 license)
    • TempEmployee
    • Affiliate
    • Emeritus
    • Alumni
  3. To request a full license contact the Service Desk with the following information
    Note: TempEmployee/Affiliate please work with your department to submit the request
    1. Full email address
    2. How Office will be utilized
