Only Receiving Option for Passcode in Duo

Issue/Question

I do not have the Push option in Duo.  Duo only shows me the option for a passcode

I deleted my Duo Mobile account

I deleted all of my Duo accounts in the Duo App

I have a Yubico security key, but the only option is for a passcode

The blue chip isn't working

  1. If you have a Yubico security key, please follow the troubleshooting steps on the Yubico web site
  2. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Name
    2. Phone Number
