Requesting Informational Computer Session for Incoming Students

Issue/Question

I’d like to request an IT Setup/Informational Session for our incoming PA students during Orientation Week

We would like ITS to provide computer sessions for the incoming med students

Environment

• Lee Med building
• incoming students
• personal laptops

Cause

Provide computer information to incoming USD students

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Department requesting the session
   2. Date and time of the session
   3. Number of students expected at the session
