Requesting Panopto Recording Setup for Incoming Med School Class

Issue/Question

Requesting that account permissions and Panopto folders be set up for incoming med school class 

Need to create a new permissions group for the incoming med students

Need to create a new permissions group for the incoming Physicians Assistant (PA) students

Environment

• Med school incoming class
• Active Directory (AD)

Cause

Lecture recording folders need to be created and incoming students need access to recordings

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Proposed title for the group
      Note: format is MD followed by year of graduation (e.g. MD2029)
   2. Class list containing the students' USD email addresses or USD user names
