Unable to Connect to Lawrence on Wifi

Issue/Question

I am having trouble connecting to Lawrence today when I’m on the WIFI

Environment

  • HPC
  • Lawrence
  • Wifi

Cause

Signal strength could be low or the permissions of the computer could be set to a role that does not allow access to Lawrence

Resolution

  1. Verify the wireless signal for the network you are connected to, poor signal could lead to the dropouts
  2.  Try to connect closer to Room 203, this room houses the access point for wireless
  3. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Any error messages
    2. Wireless network you are connected to 
    3. Signal strength
