Issue/Question
When logging in to Sitecore, you see an error message
Environment
Sitecore CM (cm.usd.edu)
Cause
Sitecore cannot communicate with the Directory server
Resolution
Sitecore needs to be reloaded to refresh the connection to the authentication provider (Active Directory).
