I need access to former employee's files on a computer

I am requesting the email contacts of the user who was previously in my position at USD

Environment

• Windows
• Outlook
• Office 365

Cause

Need files used by the previous user

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Computer NI number
   2. Former employee's name
   3. Location
   4. Why access is needed
