Accessing KnowBe4 Cyber Security Training

Issue/Question

I was not able to get this training completed.  Is it possible to access again? 

I realized that I was supposed to complete training and I missed the deadline.

The course is no longer available. Can I still complete this training?

How can I tell if I have completed the required training?

Security training deadline has passed

Unsure of training status

Resolution

  • Annual security awareness training can be completed after the deadline Access Online Training
  • You will receive an email reminder from security@usd.edu after the deadline
  • You will receive an email reminder every 5 days thereafter until training is completed
  • Security Awareness Training is estimated to take about 20-30 minutes
  • Your training status is shown on the Online Training website
