Accessing KnowBe4 Cyber Security Training or Compliance Training

Security awareness training is available after the deadline has passed, may be completed after the close. Not all compliance trainings are set up this way.

Issue/Question

I was not able to get this training completed.  Is it possible to access again? 

I realized that I was supposed to complete training and I missed the deadline.

The course is no longer available. Can I still complete this training?

How can I tell if I have completed the required training?

Resolution

  • Annual security awareness training can be completed after the deadline Access Online Training (log in with your USD credentials and click on your assignments or My Training under your name to start)
    Note: not all compliance trainings are set up this way
  • You will receive an email reminder from security@usd.edu or the department sending the training after the deadline
  • You will receive an email reminder every 5 days thereafter until training is completed
  • Security Awareness Training is estimated to take about 20-30 minutes
  • Your training status is shown on the Online Training website
