Resolution

Note: If you get a message that you need to enter an access code, you have missed a step in the process! Access Code/License Key for PC versions

1. Go to EndNote download page
2. Click Download Now on the version you wish to install

PC:

1. Type your USD username and password
   Note: USD username is usually firstname.lastname without @usd.edu
2. Click OK
3. Right click on the downloaded file
4. Click Extract All
   Note: You MUST extract all files before you can install EndNote.  See Access Code/License Key for PC versions
5. Click OK
6. Extract .zip file
7. Double-click EN20Inst.msi
8. Click Next
9. Click Accept
10. Click Next
11. Select I accept the license agreement
12. Click Next
13. Click Next
14. Click Next
15. Click Next
16. Click Finish

MAC:

1. Open EndNote20SiteInstaller.dmg file after it downloads
2. Drag the EndNote icon to the Applications folder to install the program
3. Open EndNote from  your Applications folder
