Requesting to Unlock an iPad

Issue/Question

We have locked Ipads and I was wondering if you would be able to unlock them?

I can't sign into my iPad. I forgot the pin.

Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:

  1. The asset tag of the iPad
    Note: This is usually similar to NI12345 and can be found on the back of the device
