Adding an Existing Phone Number as Second Line on Phone

Issue/Question

User is requesting an existing phone number to be added as a second line on their Cisco phone

We need a second number added to this phone

Environment

  • Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)

Cause

 

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. The Name on the phone
    2. The Phone Number that should be added as the second line
