I'm unable to send email to a specific recipient 

Error: Your message to ... couldn't be delivered.
When Office 365 tried to send your message, the receiving email server outside Office 365 reported an error.

Environment

  • Outlook 

Cause

The email address originally entered had a spelling error 

Email address is no longer valid

Resolution

  1. Verify recipients are valid by retyping the full email address 
  2. Verify recipient email address is still current
