Requesting Respondus License Renewal


Respondus license period has expired and it is asking for a new license or password

Error: Your license to use Respondus has expired with the end of the academic year

Respondus license is expired


  1. Log in to your D2L account
  2. On your D2L homepage scroll down
  3. On the right-hand side, there is a box labeled Respondus for Instructors
  4. Click link to install and the up to date installation password

Note:  If the server information is not in the software, the local support contact will need to be contacted
