Logitech Wireless Keyboard Not Connecting to Computer

Issue/Question

My keyboard is no longer working

Environment

  • MacOS
  • Windows
  • Logitech Craft Keyboard
  • Logitech Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

Cause

Syncing button was pressed and is no longer synced with the receiver

Resolution

  1. Turn on the keyboard
  2. Put into pairing mode
    1. Press and hold one of the three Easy-Switch keys
  3. Plug Logitech Unifying Receiver into USB port on computer (or dock)
  4. Press ESC
