Attempting to use Microsoft Access database or Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and receive ODBC error

Error: Run-time error '3151': ODBC--connection to 'xxxxxx' failed

Error: Run-time error '3146' ODBC call failed

Environment

• Microsoft Access database OR Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
• FUPLOAD database is one of these where this error is common

Cause

Usually password expiration
