Unrecognized Sender Sending Emails from Coyote Connections

Issue/Question

I have been sending emails that randomly will send back with “could not send”. It comes from a grades first email address and sometimes changes the address of the student I am sending my email to. Is this something I am doing within Coyote Connections, or a different issue?

Unrecognized sender email address
