Requesting Degree Audit

I’m looking for a degree audit/application for graduation.

Resolution

Note: This process is for the Undergraduate Level Only

1. To Request to check your degree progress please go to Student Resources
2. Scroll down to Student Information section
3. Click the Enrollment & Degree Verification tab
   • Current Students: Request your free enrollment verification through MyHub’s
   • Employers/Vendors: The University of South Dakota has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide both enrollment and degree verifications to qualified requestors.

4. Return the form to Office of the Registrar - Enrollment Verification
5. Degree Audits will be e-mailed to your USD email account

1. Log into myUSD portal
2. Click Academics Tab
3. Below Registrar click Forms & Support
4. Click Degree Audit 
5. Return the form to Office of the Registrar
6. Degree Audits will be e-mailed to your USD email account
