Requesting Degree Audit

Issue/Question

I’m looking for a degree audit/application for graduation. 

Environment

• Degree Audit
• Graduation
• Student
• Undergraduate Only

Resolution

Note: This process is for the Undergraduate Level Only

1. To Request to check your degree progress please go to Student Resources
2. Click Degree Form Audit
3. Return the form to Office of the Registrar
4. Degree Audits will be e-mailed to your USD email account

Or

1. Log into myUSD portal
2. Click Academics Tab
3. Below Registrar click Forms & Support
4. Click Degree Audit 
5. Return the form to Office of the Registrar
6. Degree Audits will be e-mailed to your USD email account
