Resolution

Note: Microsoft Defender Antivirus is installed on University owned Computers. Microsoft Defender is also recommended for personally owned computers. Ensure your system has an Antivirus that auto-updates and that your software is up to date.

Uninstall Norton Antivirus

  1. Click
  2. Type Control Panel
  3. Click Control Panel
  4. Click Uninstall a program
  5. Click the entry for Norton Antivirus
  6. Click Uninstall
  7. Click through the uninstall process using the defaults
